Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Atelier Grangeon. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


Returns


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

With all original packaging and tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@ateliergrangeon.com with photos. If the outer packaging is damaged, please photograph it before opening.


Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns on:

Sale items or gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Items that appear used or altered


Exchanges


To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


For customers in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. All return conditions listed above still apply.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
